working principle

Linear vibratory grading sieve is consist of screen box, screen mesh frame, screen mesh, vibrating motor or vibrating exciter, motor base, damping spring, support frame etc. linear vibration screen can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building material, fire-resistant material industries etc.

This multiple layers vibrating sieve's driven device can be vibrating motor and vibrating exciter, which occur linear motion, to make the material move forward to each outlet.

linear vibratory grading sieve can  be used universally for test screening or to produce between 2 and 4 screen fractions.Wet or friable dry material in a gentle linear vibratory action. Acts as a conveyor whilst sieving the product.

Installation and use 

The device should be fixed on a dedicated foundation by embedded bolts. If you do not play special foundations, should be between the table and the equipment base laying anti-vibration rubber sheet before using the device must be configured to secure the grounding line of protection .. 

Note: After installing the device in place, before starting the transport must be used to secure the base of the sieve and the device removed.
