Industry grade wet vertical ball mill
Product information:
Stirring type grinding miller, usually refered to stirring ball mill, easy operation, high grinding efficiency. The grinding material and grinding media put together into static grinding tank with jacket, grinding media
diameter is 3 to 10mm, usually using grinding media are carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome steel, cemented carbide, ceramic or zirconia. Material dose not need premix that can directly to add to the jacket grinding tank, others just need slightly grind the grinding ingredient then add into grinding tank. Batch grinding mill is with a circulating pump system, to maintain the grinding of the loop, in order to improve the grinding efficiency and uniformity of materials, finally got excellent particle dispersion system. Circulating pump also can be used for discharging at the same time.
Product Features:
1. Cavity lining: when used for non material ions pollution grinding can adopt special lining. It can choose to use ceramic(oxygen aluminum), ceramic tile, edible grade rubber or polyurethane as lining.
2. Stirring arm sleeve: It is suitable for grinding of metal ions pollution. Sirring arm should use plastic, tungsten carbide or zirconia sleeve.
3. Cylinder cover: It can match floating shaft seal, used for grinding under inert gas.
4. Driving system: Variable speed drive, it can be applied to a variety of speed needs.
The material can be grinded to 1μ or more fine.
Efficiency is more than 10 times of horizontal ball mill, over 50% of energy than horizontal ball mill.
Product size can be adjusted or intermitted, loop can be used continuous production technology.
Stirer and barrel can adopt wear-resisting alloy steel, stainless steel, polyurethane or fused alumina or zirconia and so on engineering ceramics production.
Tank shell is equipped with water jacket with adjustable temperature in the mill.
