Cyclone seperator Cyclone dust collector with bag filter dust collector .
It is usually applied for welding fumes metal grinding / sawing / sanding / polishing .
We customize desgin and produce for different gas working condition and different type of gas pollutions .Here , introduce our sigle baghouse dust collector for general dust source in process of polishing , sanding , grinding , milling , sawing , etc . The air flow is usually from 3000 M3/ h to 60000 M3/h.
Brief Introduction :
ECOGRACE pulse jet dust collector Filter Unit is generally with smaller air flow from 2000 M3/H to 60000 M3/H , which is small in outside dimention , and we will design the most reasonable dimention for easy container loading and shipping , no need more installatino work at production site . It will be assembled in whole and put into the container , you can directly start when take out from container .

Working Principle of dust collection systems :
1. The compostion of small dust collector unit :
Assmebled Filter Unit , Fan , PLC , air compressor . Rotary dust discharging.
2. The filter cleaned by solenoid valve pulse. ASCO and GOYEN is the regular band we take .
3. Filter cage and filter bag will be fit in the assembled baghouse .
4. Good and reasonable design for the hoods and capacity of dust collector will reach a very different working result for the steel plant induction furnace .
