This is our specific designed machine for washing vegetables. Its principle is: by the stirring power produced by air flow and water flow, that machine can wash vegetables completely. Inject water inside the washing case before operation. There're many air pipe under the machine.

The air bubble jumps into water from the pump, which forms waves to wash vegetables. Therere also some spraying pipes on the machine to wash once again the vegetables from water case.

This Machine replaces human labor and simplifies procedures. The whole machine is made of 304# stainless steel (except motor, electric apparatus and axes). It fits the health & sanitary requirements of food processing industry, with features of easy operation, low noise and high efficiency.

Working process of Professional air bubble fruit & vegetable washing machine 

1.When the material enter the sink, the high pressure water flow and strong bubble will fully scattered, tumbling, cleaning and transmitting the material. 

2.The dusty washing off from the vegetable surface will sink to the bottom of the isolation storehouse,it wont cause second pollution because of the backflow. 

3.The small bug and sundries floating on the water will collected by the meshes, the overflow water will send them to the nylon bag in the low water store. 

4.The material will clean by the spray water, then go the next step.

5.The conveyor has blowing device at the end, it can blow off the material on the belt to forbid it back to the washing sink.

The vegetable and fruit in the water channel is scattered, rolled, cleaned and delivered under high pressure water and powerful bubble. The sand will fall to Isolation warehouse on the bottom and don't cause pollution again. The debris and worms on the water will be collected by net. And the brush roller can clean the thread let, hair and so on. Then the cleaned vegetable and fruit will be doing spray cleaning again.
