his kind of machine apply for the DC resistance contact annealing method, so that can realizes the on-line continuous annealing, annealing speed tracking, the annealing cycle is short ,and the yield is high.
Using pneumatic single disk winding machine line, compare with the traditional hydraulic type winding machine, it use clamping, ejector using buttons instead of Hand operation, simply to use, and the bearing is better protected, greatly prolongs the service life of bearings
Traversing adopts a single motor control, wire uniformly and tightly
