Silicon Manganese Nitride for Steel Industry

Silicon manganese nitride is a mixture whose main ingredients are Si3N4 and Mn5N2, along with ferro silicon, manganese silicon and small amounts of other components
Under the same temperature of molten steel, the nitrogen recovery rate of manganese nitride is higher than single silicon nitride, and oriented silicon steel has some limitations on manganese, so when silicon manganese nitride and ferro silicon nitride are used for increasing nitrogen content in oriented silicon steel, under the condition that their nitrogen content is nearly same, the nitrogen recovery rate of using silicon manganese nitride is higher than using ferro silicon nitride, and molten steel range is smaller when using silicon manganese.
