Product Description

1. line wire and cross wire:pre-straightened and pre-cut by wire straightening and cutting machines, line wire could be manually or automatically fed by line wire feeding device driven by Panasonic servo motor. cross wire fed automatically by cross wire feeding hopper driven by step motor, the hopper could load a certain amount of wires.
2. mesh drawing device: driven by servo motor, automatically move step by step in the distance of every cross wire spacing set as required through the touch screen.
3. welding power: come from spring, it is easy to adjust the welding pressure.
4.springiness input wire trunking: makes the welding copper use for long time.
5.synchronous control technique: the cent-control and welding time are composed of PLC program system.
6. touch screen input front-panel: the operate is more intelligent and reasonable.
