The advantage of the machine:
1. This machine designs the most suitable flow field and the most ideal by adopting professional hydromechanics numeric. This kind of designing can optimize rotor structure, making the flow field stable and equally-distributed as well as lesser wastage of vane pressure. This technology sharply improves smashing efficiency, thus, making the particle size more centralized.
2. Because of the low temperature caused by sharp expansion during smashing, the reasonable cooling flow field is especially suitable for heat-sensitive and low-melting material's processing.
3. The innovate jetting and classified flow field technology reduce adhesive material.
4. The high-efficiency collecting equipment heavily reduce bag's load and the adhesive powder on filter cylinder, thus, expand bag's working life.
5. The machine's head part installs smashing system to solve the problem of big material's plugging and improve the back air smashing efficiency.
6. The smashing and the mixing can be completed at the same time. Adopting double helix and sprayed machine to ensure material's complete mixing.
7. Adopting negative-pressure adding material. Thus, there is no pollution in adding process.
8. The whole working process adopts PLC controlling system. Auto-controlling or hand-controlling is acceptable.
