SRB-HP boring head's working style is push boring and push rolling.Boring at the same time when boring rod is driving.It is special cutter to produce hydraulic cylinder,single-arm support and cold drawn tube.It is designed by ourselves.There is a small hydro-cylinder in the cutter,and it can offer oil when boring bar is driving,this can roll boring cuter and rolling bar out.the pressure will relieve when boring bar is retreating,then the cutter and pin roller retract back.the minimum amount of fine-tuning and rolling precision adjustable amount of interference is 0.005mm.Production dia range is ΓΈ40-400mm.It is good in precision deep production of cold drawn tubes.
