This machine doesn't have headstock, but equipped with a pipe box, and it is professional machine for deep cylindrical hole in workpiece, such as machine tool spindle hole, variety of mechanical hydraulic cylinder, and cylinder cylindrical holes. The processing of aperture precision is up to IT7 ~IT8 or more. The surface roughness can reach Ra 0.4µm.This machine not only can bear drilling and boring, but also can used for rolling depression. Drilling can also use forward chip or internal chip removal method. Machine-bed has good rigidity, and good accuracy maintaining. The spindle speed range is wide. The feed system is driven by an AC servo motor which can adapt all kind of deep hole processing. The oil and workpiece fastening use hydraulic devices whose instrument display is very safe, stable and reliable. Workpiece is high precision, high efficiency and good quality. It is easy and fast to adjust speed, electrical power is small, low cost and little investment, which is good replacement of special function.
