Characteristics

The machine is mainly suitable for crushing of all kinds of fruits and vegetables, including tomato, apple, pear, strawberry, celery, bracken, etc. It is used to crush materials such as fruit and vegetables into small particle diameter, so as to next step's operation and use. The machine consists of feeding hopper, side cover, the fuselage, shaft, bearing, TV, frame and hopper. while working the motor connected with the coupler to drive the spindle at constant speed, fly-cutter equipped with the spindle rotate fast. Material is put into the hopper by the elevator (or screw pump, etc.), and is cut off by high speed rotating fly knife. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the material is fell into another storage tank through the waist shape hole mesh, comes  to the next working procedure through transporting pump.
