Flake Ice Machine Features:
Continuous and rapid ice making, automatic control process.
The unit structure is compact and can be placed above the ice room, covering small area.

When make ice, pump the water to the water sprinkling plate, and water will be sprinkled on the inner wall of the evaporation tube. The refrigerant evaporates in the flow channel absorbing heat. Temperature in the inner wall of the evaporation tube will fall. And the water freezes into ice gradually in the down-flow process. Meanwhile,reduction gears drive the ice scraper to rotate counterclockwise scraping ice frozen on the inner wall of the evaporation. Excess water returns to the water tank to participate the circulation again. So that flake ice can be made continuously.
