For some requiring high dimensional accuracy, the effect may not meet the requirements, we introduce the melt pump pressure closed loop control system, can adjust the speed of extruder closed loop to adjust the melt pump inlet pressure, reduce the inlet pressure range, control the discharging mouth of the pressure fluctuations in a very small range, relative to improve dimensional stability of the product, the axial size error control in the ideal range.
