YBJ series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor Introduction:
This series motor for coal mine special explosion-proof motor, shell of steel plate welded structure, connected to the winch motor end cover for high strength cast iron material.
According to GB3836.2 electrical equipments used in explosive gas environment Part 2 flameproof "d" "regulation, make mine flameproof, explosion-proof marks as" ExdI ".
Suitable for methane or coal dust explosion dangerous mines, this series motor is starting from, the characteristics of small starting current, have bigger overload ability. Motor insulation class is F, enclosure protection class is IP44, junction box for IP55 protection grade. V working voltage is 380/660 or 660/1140 v.
Motor structure and installation size is fully considering the user requirements, on the basis of the basic installation type B3 and B5 was improved, making into flange type, convex desktop, loading type and high foot structure, for the use of different types of winch.
