Structural Features:

Reciprocating Coal feeder is mainly composed of the storehouse funnel, box body, gate, bottom plate, the roller and driving device etc,.

Working Principle:

Roller is used for supporting bottom plate. Bottom plate through the driving device drive and make regular reciprocating linear motion on the roller. The plate movement along coal flow direction is called positive line. Plate movement against coal flow direction is called retrograde. When plate along  coal flow direction, roller will transfer the coal to the front of box body. When retrograde plate, the box rear ramp blocked coal , resulting in a relative sliding between the floor and coal. The front coal is falling . As a result of the reciprocating motion of the bottom plate, achieve continuous and uniform feeding.
