Fan Grinding Mill Manufacture

The fan grinding mill which is produced by Shenyang Heavy Mining Equipment Co., Ltd mainly provides qualified coal powder for coal-fired boiler of fired power plant. It consists of case, pulverizing wheel, separator, bearing box, cooling lubricating system and main motor.

Characteristics of fan grinding mill:

1 The inserter of expansion joint is changed from sliding type to spud-carriage type, which is easy to maintain;

2 Each combination surface is sealed tightly without powder;

3 The wear-resistant liner at bottom of gate is changed from hook type to sliding type, which is easy to replace the liner;

4 The grinding mill adds uniform stream disk to make original coal distribute on the plate uniformly. It prolongs use life of machine and protects rear disc wheel;

5 The bearing box of grinding mill is changed from external-cooling to internal-cooling; it has compact structure and low operation breakdown;

6 The bearing box adds vibration component which increases operating safety of the mill;

7 The liner of machine shell is tightened by through-hole bolt instead of screw bolt, which is convenient to replace the wear-resistant liner.
