Product Description
TPS-S1800 automatic channel letter bending machine is increased notching and flanging mold developed based
on our TPS-S8900 automatic super letter bending machine. It is with high accuracy bending with the more bending
bar system and quick-change bending mold system. It is not only with all functions of model S8900, but also it can
make notchingand flanging automatically for flat aluminum coil. It is the high-end bending equipment for the first
selection especially suitable for the large letters(usually found in square and plaza), stainless steel letters, punching
letters, resin letters and giant glowing letters, etc.

Servo motor for notching function with high speed, pneumatic flanging for right angle and no burr with notching.

* Bending tool quick-change system:
In order to get high quality bending for different material, TPS company researched and developed bending tool quick-change system to realize independent quick change for slotting and bending for plate metal material and notching and
flanging for flat aluminum material to ensure high accuracy bending for two different processing types.
* Functions for processing different material:
It can bend aluminum coil max. width 180mm, max. 1mm thickness with slotting, notching and flanging function.
It also can making slotting and bending for materials like stainless steel, galvanizer, aluminum, copper, etc.
* More tool rod bending system:
On the basis of alternating double bending bars system, it increases one bending bar for notching of aluminum flat material. It can realize function types changing freely between slotting and bending for flat material and notching, flanging and bending for aluminum flat material. Bending forming degree is greatly increased.
* Servo motor control notching and flanging mechanism.
It uses servo motor to control notching mechanism with characters of smaller size, higher speed, more stable property, without oil contamination and low noise comparing with hydraumatic notching.
* The front flattening mechanism can flatten materials effectively in advance to avoid jam due to uplain materials.
* Alternating clamping feeding mechanism
The alternating clamping feeding mechanism with large torque, high precision and high speed transmission
performance is driven with double screw rods and positioning nuts, and controlled by servo motor to ensure real
material feeding accuracy to ±0.1mm. It solves problems of slipping and independent of roller pressure feeding type
* Closed-loop control system
The encoder system can real-time monitor real material moving distance and bending micro-extension to realize
closed-loop controlling for the graphics profile length and get fixing bended letters with face letters perfectly.
* V-shaped slotting mode
SlotDepth, SingleSlotDepth and SlotTimes can be set with our special software as users willing. Slotting mechanism is controlled by servo motor and driven by precision nuts with advantages of quick speed slotting, high precision
and constant torque. Slotting lines are smooth without scratches and with same depth. It makes bending angles are
sharp without arc to get bended letters clear and beautiful.
