3DM5083 is three-phase stepper motor drive, it has the following characteristics:
1. Using the latest 32-bit DSP processor, built-in 9 big revolutionary technologies.
2. High precision, low vibration, low ripple current technology, cooperate with the elimination of low speed vibration algorithm, greatly reduces the noise and vibration.
3. Using the built-in subdivision technology, under the condition of low subdivision, can achieve high subdivision effect, is very smooth at low, medium and high speeds.
4. Drive internal integration parameter self-tuning function, can fit parameters automatically according to different motor, the maximum display the motor performance.
Main Application Fields
Suitable for all kinds of small and medium-sized automation equipment and instruments, such as engraving machine, marking machine, cutting machine, laser typesetting, plotter, numerically controlled machine tools, automatic assembly equipment, etc. The application effect is very good for little noise and high speed equipment.

| Micro-stepping numbers setting | By SW5-SW8 four dial code switch to set drive micro-stepping numbers, It has 15 micro step subdivision. When user set micro-stepping, drive operation should stop. |
| Output Current Setting | By SW1-SW3 three dial code switch to set drive output current, output current has 8 gear. |
| Automatic Half Flow Function | User can set up automatic half flow function of drive. Off shows that the static current is set to half of the dynamic current, On shows that the static current is the same as the dynamic current. SW4 should be set off in general use, which can reduce the heating of the motor and drive, improve the reliability. After pulse stops about 0.4 seconds, current automatically reduces to about half (actual value 60%), calorific value reduces to 36%. |
