DH8080 uses latest 32-bit DSP technology, because using low/high velocity anti resonant technology, built-in micro subdivide technology, even under the condition of low subdivide, it can reach high subdivide effect, any velocity running is very steady, the noise is very small. Drive internal integrates the function of automatic parameter setting, can automatically generate optimum running parameters aim at different motor, to get the most out of motor performance.

Micro-step Subdivide Setting | By SW5-Sw8 four dial code switch to set drive micro-step subdivide value, it has 16 types of micro-step subdivide. When you set micro-step subdivide, you should stop running of the drive. |
Output Current Setting | By SW1-SW3 three dial code switch to set drive output current, it has 8 types. |
Automatic Half Flow Function | By SW4 dial code switch to set up automatic half flow function of drive. Off shows that the static current is set to half of the dynamic current, On shows that the static current is the same as the dynamic current. SW4 should be set off in general use, which can reduce the heating of the motor and drive, improve the reliability. After pulse stops about 0.4 seconds, current automatically reduces to about half (actual value 60%), calorific value reduces to 36%. |
Signal Interface | PUL+ and PUL- are positive pole and negative pole of the control pulse signal; DIR+ and DIR- are positive pole and negative pole of the direction signal. ENA+ and ENA- are positive pole and negative pole of the enable signal. |
Motor Interface | A+ and A- connect A phase winding positive and negative pole of the stepping motor; B+ and B- connect B phase winding positive and negative pole of the stepping motor. When A,B phases exchange, the motor will reverse. |

Indicator Light | Drives have two indicator light. Green light is power indicator light, when drive has electric, it is on; Red light is failure indicator light, when over voltage and over current happen, it is on. Install Instruction | Drive shape size: 118×75.5×33mm, Installment pitch of holes is 112mm. Install has horizontal type and vertical type, we suggest to use vertical type. Drive should keep close to metal cabinet for dissipating heat. |
