Drum screen, also called rotaty drum screen, drum sieve, rotary sieve, is used for screening the final product of fertilizer.

Rotary drum screen includes hexagon drum, frame, funnel, decelerator and motor. After the materials are fed into drum, on one hand, the materials are classified, on the other hand, bigger materials flow forward along the inclination of drum, and the materials are classified through different mesh screeches gradually. Small materials are classified and fell into respective bunker, and then the materials are delivered into finished product stack through manpower or automatic flow way.

Structure of drum screen:

With fine workmanship, the drum screen is very robust. The steel frame is welded by profiled bar, and the capacity of funnel is large, jointed by steel plate. It has many bunkers to discharge materials. The spout of funnel is jointed by flange, it can discharge material to both sides or one side, so it is convenient for delivery or automatic flow, meantime it improve the output, prevent the plugging from wearing out screen to delay production.
