HZS90 concrete batching plant is designed and supplied by Henan Dongchen Machinery with high advanced technology and 20 years construction machinery production experience, and HZS90 concrete mixing plant is widely used in construction concrete production sites, hydropower stations, irrigations, highways, bridges, railways and mobile construction projects. The host machine adopts JS1500 concrete mixer, which can mix various kind of concrete and suitable for medium-small scale construction sites. HZS90 concrete batching plant production capacity is 90m³ per hour.
HZS90 concrete batching plant includes JS1500 concrete mixer, concrete batching machine, compressor model, industrial computer, and printer. HZS90 concrete batching plant is made up of concrete mixing machine, concrete batching machine, gas path system, and weighing system includes sand weighing system, cement measurement system, water measurement system. The basic structure of concrete batching plant is feeding system, measuring system, mixing system, electrical system and auxiliary equipment(such as air compressor, water pump, etc. They are used to transport, feed, store, batch, weigh, mix and discharge the concrete raw materials: cement, water, sand, crushed stone, admixture and additive.
