Description

1. Two-stage planetary (flexible pin planet differential) and one parallel shaft arrangement, input and output turning in contrary direction, compact in structure, even in load distribution and high in reliability;
2. Use gears made of quality alloy steel, with external gears reaching class 5 (ISO1328) in precision and internal gears class 6 (ISO1328);
3. Carry out dynamic simulation analysis with on gears with simulation software to get best profile effect;
4. Provide forced lubrication to bearings to prolong bearing service life;
5. Conduct FEM analysis on housing, torsion arm, planet carrier to optimize the structure under the precondition of ensuring strength and stiffness;
6. Use housing made of ductile iron material with high toughness, thus having good performance in low temperature;
7. Apply rational sealing method to avoid oil leakage;
8. Customized gearbox can be provided according to customers’ requests and working conditions.
