The flotation machine is the latest design to use the circular tank concept and combines the benefits of circular cells with the unique features of the Minerals mechanism to create the ideal conditions to maximize floatation performance for all roughing, cleaning and scavenging duties.
The machine can be used to separate nonferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, nonmetallic mine, chemical material and recycle mine. It features: high inhalation, low power. Each chute can inhale gas, sink magma, separate. There is no need of accessory equipments horizontal equipment. It is easy to change the flow chart. The cycling way of magma is very reasonable. It can reduce the impurities to a great extent. There is automatic equipment on the magma surface. It is easy to adjust. The upward one makes the magma cycle toward upward, which the downward one makes the magma cycle downward.
Working Theory of Floatation Machine
When the floatation machine works, the motor drives the impeller to revolve, so the centrifugal effect and negative pressure are produced. On one hand, ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry, on the other hand, the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive, meanwhile, the foams are thinning, the mineral is bounded with foams, and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed. The liquid surface can be adjusted with the height of adjustment flashboard, so that the useful foams are scraped with squeegee.
Features of Floatation Machine
The floatation machine has the advantages of large air-absorption capacity and low energy consumption. Every cell owns three functions: air absorption, slurry absorption, and floatation separation, and the cells form a floatation separation loop by itself without any auxiliary equipment, and is allocated horizontally, which favors the change of flow. The circulation of mineral slurry is reasonable, and can avoid the disposition of coarse sand to the largest extent. There is self-control device on the surface of mineral slurry, so it is easy to adjust it. The impeller has backward-inclined upper and lower vanes, which produce upper and lower circulation of mineral slurrry respectively.
