Bonded neodymium magnets, manufactured through compression process, with relative low tooling cost
Product Description & Specification:
The magnetic property of boned NdFeB magnet is between that of sintered NdFeB and Ferrite,and with good
consistency and stability.
Compression Bonded NdFeb magnet introduction:
- Higher magnetic performance than injection bonded NdFeb.
- Br:350—8000Gs,Hci:4000—16000e,BHmax3—12MGOe
- Higher corrosion resistant than injection bonded NdFeb Magnet,Salt spray testing:≥75hours.
- Working temperature.The maximum working temperature:200 degree C.
- More flexible magnetizing patern than sintered NdFeb magnet.Multi-poles on OD, ID&end face(along axial),radial and Diameter cross magnetization,helix and other special magnetizing special magnetizing pattern.
