The structure of machine:

1． Rack

The rack is welded to structure sliding, has good rigidity, the two oil cylinder are fixed on the left and right column, the work platform is provided with the auxiliary knife seat, for tool trace conditioning. The work table is provided with a feeding ball, convenient operation.

2．Top Rest

It is the steel plate welded structure, has good rigidity.

It is fulcrum with eccentric sleeve, moves back and forth under the driving of left and right cylinder and nitrogen return cylinder.

3．Hydraulic System

Hydraulic system:It is consist of control valve group, oil pump, cylinder, return cylinder, pressing cylinder, combination circuit and so on. The whole system is reasonable in structure, low noise, smooth operation, good safety performance.

4.Pressing cylinder device

Pressing cylinder consist of cylinders which is installed supporting board in front of rack, after oil in pressing cylinder. The pressing head resets with the help of spring tension after shearing. Pressing force increases with the thickness of the plate to be cut increasing.

5．Front and back gauge

Front gauge is put on the working table; indicate number by scale plate, to adjust moving block reach required material value. It is convenient to use front gauge when cutting thin plates. The back gauge is installed on the top rest, automatically positioning. The back gauge can also choose to locate or to eliminate wire one of lead screw rod clearance check location.

6.Electrical system

Main electrical elements of electrical system all use Siemens. Good elements, well design, ensure the machine high reliability and long service life.

Consists of control electrical cabinet, intermediate connector, control panel, main motor, auxiliary motor, foot switch and other devices, the safety factor is high, overall performance is good.
