Our gypsum board manufacturing facility applies international up-to-date equipments, such as full automatic batching system, plate type forming system, auto edge-adjusting, fixed length cutting, turnover transverse conveyor, transverse dryer, prevent folding device, automatic tracking mechanism, humidity and temperature auto-control device, fully automatic wrapping and booking device, auto packing system and so on. The batching system achieved fool-operation of 20 kinds of powder and slurry, and our production line can adjust metering and adding of each main and auxiliary material automatically according to the forming speed.

2.Mixing system

4.Conveying system
l This part is composed of two sets solidification belt machine and one conveying roller machine.

5.Cutting system
l Whole cut control algorithm is achieved by the separate PLC.
6.Transferring system
l This part mainly function is gypsum board acceleration conveying,overturning,transit conveying and lifting.
7.Dryer system
l Low heat consumption, heat preservation is good
8. Finished products converying system
l This part mainly includes fast outlet,sizing and stacking which are all equipped double.
9.Fast outlet system
l Can achieve the equipment failure without stopping.
10.Sizing system
l This part consists of transverse machine,storage roller,board colse folder and sizing device.
11.Stacking system
l This part consists of two sealing machines,stackers.
12.Control center system
l Host part adopts RS VIEW as the monitoring software table to monitor the whole production process.
l The general monitoring system displays the production process in front of operators and managers.
