2. The brief introduction of the gypsum making machine
The crusher breaks the big sized gypsum ore into small ones with 25mm in diameter. After storing and conveying, they are taken into the mill for grinding. Then, the power concentrator carries the gypsum powders which match to the needed fineness to the calciner for calcining. Others are back to the mill until it is qualified. In the end, after calcining, the qualified gypsum powder are sent to clinker container for storing,
or are sent to the manufacturing workshops for use.
3. The important part of calciner
The work principle of the drying system: the calciner mainly consists of intensive thermal coils which are narrow in diameter. The hot oil are put into thermal coils. After the exchanging of the heat, the heat energy are released to the calciner. On the bottom, there is a root blower., the cool wind blows into the calciner by optimum of distributor in order to make the powders become ebullient. In certain degree, the quality of the powders which are dehydrated the crystal water is becoming light. Then, they will flow to the exit. Sl the quality the gypsum powders is stable. And it is easy to control the quantity of the crystal water and the initial setting time. Moreover, theirs equipment makes use of dry electrostatic dust precipitator to dust. The rate of
the dusting can reach to at least 95%, so it eliminate the dust pollution.
4. The electric control system
At present, the electrical control system is using the advanced DCS and also SIMENS PLC, separated equipment but concentrate control.
According to the requirement of control, it takes SIMENS PLC, industrial control computer and industrial control configuration software as the core of alarm, monitoring and electrical control. It controls the separate equipment logically according to the demands of the craft. Through the adaptation of communication module,it also conveys the electric current, temperature and wind to the superior computer. After analyzing these parameters which are sent, it will indicate the phenomenon of over current, overload, etc. and set out the alarm.
5.Workers distribution on site
The Crusher System: 2 person/ day (including the forklift driver
The Mill System: 1 person/ eight hours (that is 3 people/ day)
The Calcine System: 1 person/ eight hours (that is 3 people/ day)
The Heat Supply System: 2 people/eight hours(that is 6 people/day)

6. The Calculation of the Output

7 Machine and service
1) The machine guarantee 5 yearsexcept the easy worn parts such as bearings, electric buttons.
2) machine delivery time: 2 to 4 months after the deposit.
3) payment terms: TT or LC
4) machine installation and commission: 2 to 3 months when the buyer prepare the installation and commission conditions.
5) we offer engineers train the buyers' worker to operate the machine and after you master the machine then pay us the installation and commission payment.
6) In order to guarantee the machine running, each year we will send engineer to check and development the technology with the buyer.
