Description:
The filter Rubber raw material enters the rolling mill to filter away impurities such as scrap iron, stones, etc.
1. Screw made of special steel is with nitrogen treatment, durable.

Applications:
It is used for filtrating the gelled rubber before it enters the calender to ensure the purity of the raw material and protect the calendar from damaging.

1. Screw 1 Set
(1)6″single screw adopt 38CrMoAlA nitrogen treatment. Screw hollow can connect cooling water.
(2) Revolution connection, including stainless steel pipe. Connection adopt domestic famous brand.
2. Barrel
(1) Type: Jacketed type design, can connect with cooling water.
(2) Material: Outside barrel adopt carbon steel, inside adopt wear proof alloy steel.
(3) Barrel: Die head adopt digital display temperature controller.
3. Die Head
(1) Die head adopt double type, can equipped with jacketed type and can connect with cooling water.
(2) Die head tighten adopt oil pressure method.
(3) Filter board and gasket.
(4) Blade adopts two 1.1KW motor, reduction box and chain drive.

6. Lubrication and Oil Pressure Unit 1 Set
(1) Bearing Lubrication: Force lubricated by inner motive force inside bearing box.
(2) Oil Pressure Unit:1. Die head clamp and turn on.
2. Including oil tank ,oil pump and accumulator ,can open die head when power cut, easy for cleaning.
7. Electrical Control Cabinet 1 Set
(1) Control cabinet 1 unit, operate table 1 unit, surface spraying plastics treatment.
(2) Start main motor loop.
(3) Die head start loop when power cut.
(4) South Korea LG Contactor, main motor use England eurotherm DC speed control. Cut blade use Fuji frequency control. Temperature control adopt RKC or OMRON from Japan. Indicate lights, button made in Shanghai.
Equipment installation and commissioning:
1, The machine is installated in an overall concrete foundation, the thickness of the base is above 1.2 meters.
2, The concentricity tolerance of shaft of the motor and input shaft of the reducer is less than 0.3 mm.
3, Idle time is not more than 10 minutes, and the injection needs a small amount of lubricating oil between the screw and bushing.
4, Can not be reversed
5, Need to clear the material after finish using the machine.
