Loop Installation

The loop(heat-resisting Teflon wire)is normally buried in a parallelogram form gap. After the test, seal the gap with liquid pitch. 1 to 2 circles of loops should be added as compensation when there are metal things under the ground. And the inductance should be kept at 150-300uH.The lead time must be twisted together closely, so as to prevent the disturbance caused by shock. 

 

 

Relay Outputs

 

Relay 1 output DIP8=ON Forever exist: the relay 1 will keep closed/connected when the car stay above the loop until the car leaves the loop.
DIP8=OFF 10 mins exist: the relay 1 will keep closed/ connected for 10 mins when the car stay above the loop.After 10 mins, the detector turns back to the previous state.
Relay 2 output DIP7= ON Leave impulse: when the car leaves the loop, the output relay2 will close/connect for 0.5S and then open/disconnect.
DIP7= OFF Enter impulse: when the car enters the loop, the output relay2 will close/connect for 0.5S and then open/disconnect.
