Applications of Solas Approved Marine Insulated Immersion Suit
The Immersion Suit is designed for persons on ship or on platform off shore as a special overcoat for life-saving and thermal protective when in cold water or in adverse circumstances.
The Immersion Suit is made of waterproof cloth and thermal insulation floating materials. The jacket, trousers, gloves and oil-proof boots are connected as one to cover the whole body except the face.
The Immersion Suit is in accordance with SOLAS (74/96), the Internation Life-Saving Appliance Code, and MSC.81(70).
