Microwave
sintering furnace & muffle workstation is core experimental instrument and
integrated multifunctional experimental platform of new field for researching:
microwave material study, microwave sintering, microwave chemical, and microwave
metallurgical, etc. The microwave sintering furnace & muffle are exclusive
configured three heating modes: microwave heating, traditional electric heating,
and combination microwave and electric heating (power can adjustable), therefore
it can heat any non flammable and explosive material including metal and alloy
steel, for the same experiment, the effect of different heating modes can be
compared
For
any non flammable and explosive material, the microwave
sintering furnace & muffle workstation can easily achieve ultra high speed
heating over 1600oC (>1000oC/min). This workstation can also used for kinetic
studies of material synthesis and material sintering.
The
Microwave sintering furnace & muffle furnace workstation exclusively
configured microwave field special temperature sensor which realize testing
temperature accurate stability by tolerance ±1oC/±2oC.
Besides
four basic functions of muffle (sintering furnace), tube type furnace, chemical
reactor and melting furnace, the microwave sintering furnace & muffle
workstation has many other functions through modification, include: vacuum and
atmosphere (containing: CVD), rotating heating, and mechanical & magnetic
mixing, vacuum sintering & ashing, In-situ macro heat analyzer, In-situ
kinetic study, microwave electric arc, and multi zones heating.
The
workstation is configured with multiple heating containers with different sizes
and different features; it is easily achieving conversion of above
functions.
Exclusive four-level interlinks protection and shielding to prevent
microwave leakage: first level is the electromagnetic
lock protection; second level is limit switch (cut
off the microwave generator automatically when furnace was opened ) , third
level is equipped with proprietary microwave suppressor, and fourth level is
assembling microwave leakage sensor in
the front panel.
