Pu conveyour belt cleaner

The belt cleaner is designed tomaintain the correct angle of attack and appropriate pressure against the conveyor belt throughout the service life of the blades, and under normal conditional there is no need for adjustments. 

The blades are shaped for maximum removal of carry back and minimun material build up on the cleaner itself. The blade shape and the spring tension maintain an efficient relatively constant cleaning pressure against the conveyor belt as the blade wear down.

Material that falls on the return side of the belt will eventually go through the tail pulley. The sticky materials on the conveyor can accelerate the pulley lagging abrasion, punch holes in the belt and the uneven material can cause the belt alignme

The scraper has high expandability, and scraper can be matched with outer shape of the adhesive tapes on the head wheel for changing, and closely matches with irregular rotation of the adhesive tape on the head wheel when the adhesive tapes are abraded to be uneven by the transported materials, thereby generating the effect of completely cleaning.
