Concrete wall crack repair instructions:
1.Surface treatment
1)Seep away sundries such as base course all the loose concrete, dust, oil stain, saltpetering, contaminant etc. If repaired structure has already exposed steel bar.it need clean all the rust on the steel bar, and all the loose concrete.
2)Wetting the repaired structure surface, make it reach the state of saturation but don't flow.
2.Preparing material
TL-01 waterproof type repair mortar mix with about 18% clean water,
mechanical stirring 3 mins, stop 3 mins, then stir 3 mins, until stir evenly.
3.Construction
1)Use brush coat a layer just tuned repair mortar on processed completed base surface.
2)Immediately use trowel forcibly scrap repair mortar on new painted still wet repair mortar coating, and scrape it flat,Each layer thickness can't more than 25mm, construction layer by layer,finally repair flatly by trowel.
4.Dosage
Per ton TL-01 waterproof type structure repair mortar can repair 0.5 cubic meters space.
5.Curing
Under normal circumstances, spray water curing 24 hours, in hot, dry and windy climate conditions, it should cover repair surface to curing, in colder weather, use 40 degrees warm water to stir, then keep warm and curing.
