Product Description
1. Product introduction
TL - 01 type waterproof repair mortar composed by modified synthetic fine sand, coarse sand, concrete, slag,
silicon powder and other inorganic material,is a new material for concrete repair. This material have excellent
advantages such as: excellent bonding property of epoxy mortar, high strength, waterproof, resistance to chlorine
ion corrosion, convenient maintenance, the expansion and contraction coefficient is almost same with the
concret etc.The product are widely used in repairing large municipal engineering or other high standard place
such as:bridge, wharf, water conservancy, high-speed rail, nuclear power.
TL - 01 type waterproof repair mortar is single component product , after adding water then mixing ,we can use it
directly. It has strong adhesive force with repaired structure, forming a whole with the original structure, The color is
very small difference with original concrete .
2. Application area
1).used in concrete repair such as bridges, docks, water conservancy, requiring high strength, waterproof, resistance
to chlorine ion corrosion.
2).Used in high-speed rail, municipal bridge, bridge pier, the concrete beam, column, slab, wall body and roof surface repair.
3).Use for repairing railway or highway lining cracking, hanging piece , restore the structural strength

3. Product features:
1). Easy operation,just need add water and stir.
2). Simple construction,can operate by nasonry tool such as scraper and ash knife etc.
3). High bonding strength, high compressive strength, Anti-freeze thawing, resistance to sulfate corrosion,
