When we put the production order to our produciton department,all department need to have a meeting to discuss the products,then the production manager will assign tasks to each department.Our main production process incluing Paint-spraying, sand-blasting, silk-screen, printing, hot-bend, grinding, polishing, laser engraving, cutting, laser marking etc.
5.Package of Our Products
The exported packing ,we have 2 methods according to the products.One is 1 PE film+EVA/Foam+inner box+several packing one carton box to protect counter display like Option Color 4-tier Display Counter Rotating Acrylic iphone Charger Display.The other one is 1 PE film+EVA+carton box + 4 corner with protector to protect the big floor display.If the customer require packing with wooden box,that is available,we will do that.
