Switch consist of micro-computer controller , micro electric motor, gear case, micro switch actuator, operation keyboard, LCD, moulded case circuit breaker etc. Have automatic, manual , automatic + manual operation way, mechanism electrical double interlock etc features, maximize to satisfied power supply, power distribution requirement.

◎Intelligent controller function

KXQ1 intelligent dual power transfer switch, controller input by keyboard and displayed by LCD, can synchronous detect commonly used power(N) and standby power(R) three phase four wire; have testing function to default phase, overvoltage, undervoltage, lower than 80% of the rated working voltage would be adjudicated as undervoltage, standby power(R) fault alarm, micro computer would have corresponding treatment to the detect result, and send relative order, will display the action result on the LCD, provide a excellent interface between person and apparatus, micro computer tested fault data delay into dual switch off condition, by delay (0-30s) and then transfer to normal power supply.

◎Structure and function:

Switch have 3 working status for use to select: commonly used power(N) on and standby power(R) off, commonly used power(N) off and standby power(R) on, commonly used power(N) off and standby power(R) off. Switch have small volume, light weight, stable performance etc features.

◎Automatic change and automatic recovery(R) electric network

Leave factory initial default automatic, commonly power supply, if power supply fault (any phase loss voltage or loss phase) NA,NB,NC,RA,RB,RC in the controller LCD will disappear relatively. Commonly used power(N) have fault, will transfer to standby power(R) after delay 3s, time delay can be set 0-30s, leave factory default set is 3s.Will transfer from standby power(R) to commonly used power(N) while commonly used power(N) turn to normal; will have "du" "du" alarm voice while standby power(R) have fault. This alarm can be turned off, words "alarm" disappeared in the LCD means turn off alarm system, it would not "alarm" function.

◎Automatic change and automatic recovery(F) electric network

 Controller test commonly used power(N) and generating power (R), control system send generate electricity order(normally open contact) to generator unit to start generator unit while commonly used power(N) have fault, controller send order to put into use electricity power while generator unit voltage reach normal working voltage, to ensure generator unit working normally. Control system automatic break load and into dual switch off status while generator voltage lower than 75% of the rate value. After electric network voltage(N) recover to normal, intelligent system(by time delay) from standby generator power (R) to commonly used power(N) automatically, generator unit should switch off manually.

This controller be used into dual transfer switch, main component adopt selective imported large-scale Harvard architecture micro computer chip, it with stable and reliable performance, less peripheral component, high anti-interference performance, anti-fault operation, anti-crash, anti-unreadable code, anti-loss data, low heating rate, maintenance-free, no regulating element inside, adjustment by software purely. Both hardware and software reach international advantage level.

 Controller input by keyboard and displayed by LCD, can synchronous detect commonly used power(N), standby power(R) three phase four wire; have testing function to default phase, overvoltage. Higher than rated working voltage 265V±5% would be adjudicated as overvoltage, lower than rated working voltage 170V±5% would be adjudicated as undervoltage. Anti-fault operation function is designed for changing suddenly of working power peak. Standby fault alarm(also can be turned off by manual), micro computer would have corresponding treatment to the detect result, and send perform order, will display the action result on the LCD, provide a excellent interface between person and apparatus.
