2. Applications
It is mainly used to test mechanical performance of scaffold couplers made of malleable cast iron or cast steel with diameter various from 48.3mm to 51mm.
Max. Tensile force, tensile strength, deformation and elongation of Couplers or fastenings, used in the industries like municipal administration, water conservancy, chemical industry, metallurgy, coal and watercraft, etc, can be examined and tested by the testing machine as well.
Strength of bell shape cap, bowl shape socket, flat tube cross joint, weld strength of flat tube cross joint and compression strength of jack support etc.
