Ac1=715°C,Ac3=770°C,Ms=230℃
Coefficient of linear expansion(20~200°C): 12.7×10K
thermal conductivity: 20°C, 29.0W/ (m·K), 200°C, 29.5W/ (m·K)
Heat treatment:
quenching 340~860°C, water, oil cooling ;
tempering 500 ℃, water, oil cooling.
Application:
Typically used for relatively low temperature applications such as die casting dies and injection molds, synthetic plastic moulds dies, for large moulds.
