After sells service
1). The time of the product quality warranty is 1 year , Xenon lamp has 3 months quality warranty. After-sell service time is 4 years. If the products have passed the quality warranty time, we will still provide the technical support and solution of the products, and sell the parts of the products for the maintenance if the products are still selling(not stop manufacture);
2). In the quality warranty time, because of the quality(not man-made sabotage), the products couldn't operate normally, the buyer can enjoy the right of quality warranty service. The buyer have to provide the pictures and videos to show the matter of the products. The seller will provide the spare parts and technical supports to solve the trouble. Seller will bear the all cost of the spare parts for repairing and the shipping of the parts. If it still couldn't deal with the mater, please see term 3;
3). In the quality warranty service time, if the remote technical assistance and parts still couldn't deal with the matter of the products, the buyer have the right to send back the products to the factory to re-new. We will send the re-new ones to the buyer in 7 days. The cost of freight from buyer to the factory will be full paid by buyer. The seller will pay one-quarter of the cost for the freight from factory to buyer. The last three quarter should be paid by buyer;
4). In the after-sell service time, the buyer can get the technical support and solution for the products and can buy the parts for the products maintenance and updating. Please check the term 1.
