Technical introduction
1. Zero Error Modulation Technology
Zero error modulation is to avoid scope error in the process of converting analog audio signal to digital signal using modulation technique.
2.Distortion Self-Adaptive Elimination Technology
Distortion adaptive elimination uses PLL technology, which can adapt and eliminate noise and distortion from various sectors of power amplifier such as driving, amplifying, filter… and so on.
3.Over-Current Protection Technology
Over-current protection happens when there is a short circuit in the output. Under low impedance, above condition threatens the safety of the power amplifier, its protection status starts and output signals are closed. When the hazard is removed, it can be detected automatically and resumes normal work. Strengthened capacitive load protection ensures no damage for the power amplifier when connecting any load.
4.Current Limit Technology
This technology can protect the device from over heat caused by long time operation with rated power output. If everything is normal, the function shall not come to effect.
5.Temperature Limit Technology
The amplifier usually stops working when the temperature reaches 85℃; our digital amplifier has Temperature Limit Technology, which enables the amp to auto reduce output power accordingly, and adjust balance of heating and cooling when the temperature reaches a certain level, and the amp shall not stop working.
6.Fan Rotation Speed Control Technology
This technology ensures high efficiency, low heat and low electromagnetic interference by controlling the rotation speed of fan via PWM technology which is synchronous to switch power.
7.Adaptive to Global Voltage
With APFC, bipolar transistor and MOSFET, the amplifier is auto adaptive to Global Voltage (90-265V). No need for any manual adjustments. They can be widely used in areas with different power supply or unstable voltage. Amplifier output efficiency is up to 95%. High working Frequency of Switch Power; Small size; High efficiency.
8.Condenser load Protection Technology
This technology ensures that Condenser load cause no damage to the amplifier.
9.HF Short-Cut Protection Technology
As to other digital amplifier, when audio signal’s frequency is higher than 10KHz, signals going through LC low pass filter will have an output short cut to earth. Then inductor will suffer all the voltage difference. So the amplifier will be overheated. Our company adopts special HF protection circuit to prevent it from this problem.
10.Anomaly Protection Technology
When amplifier has an anomaly, output with Direct Current will cause harm to speaker. Our digital amplifier with Auto DC Inspection Circuit ensures the safety of speaker.
11.Other Features
Our amplifier adopts:
★Axial fan (Not centrifugal fan).
★Independent exclusive Temperature-controlled fan board having no interference to audio circuit.
★Audio input and power output are totally separated. (Powersoft with adjoined input and output module )
★ Built-In amplifier module. (Powersoft with external amplifier module).
★ CobraNet Interface at option to realize all digitalized data transmission.
