Description:

1: Purchase material, including synthetic leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc.

2: Cut the leather into pieces according to soccer ball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape.

3: Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.

4: Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a soccer ball contains 32 panels including pentagon (5 sides) and hexagonal (6 sides) panels. But we all have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc.

7: Lastly deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.

5: After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.

6: Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer ball

Finally to use a extreme method, can burn the material, the smelling of TPU is much lighter than PVC.
