3) Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a soccer ball contains 32 panels including pentagon (5 sides) and hexagonal (6 sides) panels. But we all have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc. 4) Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design. |
