Drip irrigation is today's need because Water-nature's gift to mankind is not unlimited and free forever . World water resources are fast diminishing. The one and only answer to this problem is the drip irrigation systems.

The drip irrigation pipe is widely used in water saving irrigation field, such as vegetables, flowers and trees. This line can produce this kind of inline drip irrigation tape continuously with high speed, steady thickness distribution, high dripper inserting frequency and high precise  hole punching.


Features of Pipe Production Line:


1) Optimizing all the technology of our thousands of high speed & composite pipe production line, absorbing the advanced technology of world class level equipment, the flat drip irrigation tape line is further developed and manufactured by us independently, which is the leader with the highest speed, most reliable performance.

2) Adopting perfect & reliable imported programmable PCC system centralized control, entering by password, with high speed & stable performance, easy to operate.

3) High precise control system of pipe weight per meter is applied in this line. It is used for measuring & calculating and precise control of pipe weight per meter and its extrusion output, to realize the constancy of pipe weight and line running according to set parameters. The application of this system can shorten the start-up time and improve the produced pipe quality, and save raw material.

4) The imported servo driven process of dripper feeding, screening, conveying, storage, quantitative supply, embed, forming, punching, is completed continuously & synchronously, which ensures the plastic drippers being transported to the accurate position & pasted firmly.

5) The special structure of extruder screw, die head & calibrator, makes the extruded raw materials in even dispersion, beautiful pipe appearance & stabilized quality.

6) The two-stages haul-off machine adopted imported servo control, and the haul-off speed can be synchronously adjusted according to the production requirement, with stable and reliable pulling, low noise.

7) Equipped with online blind-hole detecting system, once the system detects the not-punched pipe, it will cut off the pipe automatically, meanwhile change over the coiling work position, and report the waste pipe conditions on time.

8)The auto double working position coiling machine, is equipped with Siemens PLC programmable system independently control, driven by imported servo motor, and its winding displacement can be adjusted; with the function of auto cutting pipe and auto changing over the coiling disc. The application of tension control device ensures the precise synchronous control with line production speed.
