Linen cover hardback book is a custom hardcover book specially designed for clothing company. Now,more and more clothing companies prefer the linen book covers. Our linen cover book is an unique book because its front cover is cloth-covered but its back cover is paper.

The following is a description of linen cover handwork:

1.Start by cutting out the linen to accommodate the book size you have. Remember to leave about 1.2-2 inches around the perimeter of the book;

2.Using a glue gun, put the glue on the linen and fold onto the book. It's not necessary to glue as close to the edge as possible;

4.You'll want to fold over the corners when gluing the bottom part. It makes it easier and looks more finished;

5.Cut two slits along the spine of the book. Trim the excess linen and glue along the spine. Use very minimal glue. A toothpick may be helpful to press the linen.

Of course, our company has adopted a fully-automatic or semi-automatic book cover gluing machine to increase our production capability. But some complex high-end hardback books still require handwork, which is determined by the client's requests.

The color of our digital sample is 95% similar to that of printed sample on Heidelberg printer. They are put in our strict color management system. We can supply a whole set of digital printing sample for your reference. Of course, you can see its final binding effects after receiving this digital sample. It can be finished within three days. 

We ensure the color consistency through our advanced Koda CTP system and strict color management procedures from pre-press to printing on the printer.

We have implemented strict 6S manufacturing system and ISO9001 quality assurance system. There are 12 QC inspectors and engineers, and all the products have to be inspected before leaving the factory (100% inspected).
