1) How can I transmit the files?
Our company email can only transmit a file (below 1G space) via the file transfer station or personal network disc. If you want to transmit the file (more than 1G space), you can select two methods to transmit your files: one is via WeTransfer (up to 10G space), the other is via FTP of our company.
For WeTransfer, please input your email and customer's email, then click "Transfer", and your file will be automatically uploaded and transmitted.
For FTP, just know the account and password of FTP, and you can download and upload your files directly.
2)How should I test the color space or get the desired digital test form?
Our company has a standard digital printer with its color matching our Heidelberg printing machine. We can send our electronic file of standard color test form to you, then you output it on your proofer, and send it out to us for reference. Or you can send your electronic file to us, then we output it on our digital printer and send it to you for color check.
