Structure: Compounded of fiberglass fabric, PE board, ABS aluminum plate.

Flame retardant aluminum foil fiberglass cloth has the following advantages: smooth surface, high light reflectivity, high vertical and horizontal tensile strength, airtight, watertight, good sealability, etc.
The ABS board has excellent comprehensive properties, excellent flame resistance, impact strength, good dimensional stability, electrical properties, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, surface covered by is uniform and beautiful patterns.
The PE board has the following advantages: 1. Best wear resistance in plastic field(which is proportional to molecular weight) and better than some metals(mortar abrasion test device); 2. Impact resistance: molecular weight reached 1,500,000 get the maximum value; 3. Self lubrication friction coefficient: 0.05~0.11, it is one half times of PA6 in case water as a lubricant, it is second only to PTFE when there is no lubricant. 4. Chemical resistance: it has no any abnormal phenomenon under 80 kinds of solvents at 20℃~80℃. 5. Sriking energy absorptivity: as it impact energy absorptionvalue is the highest in all plastics, so the noise dampingis very good. 6. Extremely low saturated water absorption rate: 0.01%. 7.
