Bernard electric butterfly valve , motorized butterfly valve
Butterfly valve is usually used for fluid with large flow and low drop-out. It is small in size, low in cost. Its installation space is small, and structure simple. Matched with electric actuator, it can be adjusted by computer signal.
1. SDWA ZAJWA electric midline double-clip adjusting butterfly valve
SDWA is composed of midline double-clip butterfly valve and SD quarter-turn actuator.
ZAJWA is composed of midline double-clip butterfly valve and DKJ quarter-turn actuator.
Equipped with two ends actuator, midline double-clip butterfly valve can be used as on-off valve.
Equipped with QT series and 802 series electric valve actuator, midline double-clip butterfly valve can be used as on-off valve.
This electric adjusting butterfly valve has small volume, light weight and reasonable structure. It can be installed conveniently and is usually used to control fluid with mass flow, low voltage and adjust, retain solid power.
The body of midline butterfly valve is divided into A type and LT type
The structure property and component material of LT type butterfly valve is identical to that of A type. The difference is that A type can be wafer flanged between two flanges through stud or lengthened hexagon bolt (that is double-clip type). LT type can be connected between two pipes through two ordinary hexagon bolts, besides it also can be installed in the empty pipe end (double-clip type) to be sued as blowoff valve, but being used in pipe end must be stated in the order contract.
Characteristics:
1. Small in size and handy, easy to dismount and repair, can be installed in any position.
2. The structure is simple and compact; it can open and close quickly in 90°rotation. The operation torque is small, thus it is easy and convenient to operate.
3. The on-off experiment number is over several tens of thousands; the working life is very long.
4. The flow characteristic is almost straight line, so the regulation performance is excellent.
5. It is entirely sealed, and there is no leak in the gas experiment.

ZAJW fully-lined adjusting butterfly valve is composed of fully-lined butterfly valve and DKJ electric actuator. DN50-300
Fully-lined butterfly valve and on-off actuator or electric device can form on-off butterfly valve.
Characteristics:
1. Sulfur rubber is melted inside the inwall of valve body. There is no leak in the contact place of rubber and the inwall of valve body.
2. The lined rubber is solid, avoiding removal and rise. It is reliable and durable. The experiment number of rotation operation is over several tens of thousands (circle).
3. The rubber and valve plate are designed reasonably. It has small torque and high seal pressure. It is tightly sealed and free of bubbles.
4. The butterfly valve is flange connected. Its neutral performance is good and can be used in pipe end. The up and down pipes can be disassembled occasionally.

Electric Adjusting Butterfly Valve
According to the requirements of manufacturing technique, butterfly valve has many types: midline double-clip type, light type, corrosive-proof fully-lined type, and three-eccentric center type that has good seal effect and cutting off function, and air butterfly valve used for gas regulation. Quarter-turn electric actuator has DKJ series, which design products for the country uniformly; and SD series nationalized electric actuator introduced from French Bernard products.
On-off butterfly valve can also be equipped with QT series and 802 series electric valve actuator. The flow characteristic of butterfly valve is approximate to equal percent. The opening angle of the above butterfly valves is 90°. Its rated KV figure surpasses that of other valves of the same caliber greatly.
Electric adjusting butterfly valve can be divided into electric midline double-clip adjusting butterfly valve, electric flange fully-lined adjusting butterfly valve, and electric three-eccentric center medal seal adjusting butterfly valve, electric air adjusting butterfly valve, etc. The types will not be listed one by one here in the technology note.
