Graphite thermal field system 

The CZ Thermal Field is also called hot zone. It is a whole system to melt silicon materials and keep the single crystal growth under a certain temperature.

     Pingdingshan XRD Graphite Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. produce the graphite hot zone which contains of guide cylinder, graphite heat shield graphite crucible, crucible support, graphite heater, graphite crucible pedestal and graphite electrode support.We adopt the cold isostatic pressing production technical to the product, so it has many advantages, such as high strength, compact structure, good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity etc.
