Product Description
the performance of FRP fiberglass rod
(1) the high tensile strength , pultruded profiles are 150 ~ 300MPa, flexural strength is 200 ~ 300MPa, after 1000h accelerated aging the flexural strength retentionup is up to 78% .
(2) low deformation change in length.the length of FRP pultruded profiles is + 0.03% by1000h accelerated aging , the rate of change of the width of:-0.07%. Therefore,making use of the pultruded product geometry and size can maintain long-term stability.
(3) ordinary low water absorption .common fiberglass water absorption is less than 0.5%while the water absorption of pultruded profiles is only 0.257% ,
suitable for use in wet environments.
(4) low coefficient of thermal insulation .
(5) adapt to environmental requirements . pultruded profiles used with low noise, high
efficiency, low power consumption, pollution and other characteristics, in line with the
relevant state environmental requirements
