Introduction to crawler type mobile screening plant:
The crawler type mobile screening plant produced by Fote Machinery is combined with high efficiency vibrating screen, and the vibrator of vibrating screen will produce shock excitation, making the stone materials discharged from the crawler type mobile screening plant, and the stone materials reaching the granularity requirement will go through the screen holes and fall freely, and the stone materials that do not conform to the requirement will be returned by belt conveyor to crawler type mobile screen plant to be crushed again until qualified. According to the difference of screen equipment, the stone materials will have linear or circular motion on the screen net.
Crawler Type Mobile Screening Plant is all diesel-electric driven and is particularly suitable for combined operation with an upstream Liming crusher.
The productivity of the Crawler Type Mobile Screening Plant can extend to 1,000t/h according to types and grading ranges of to-be-screened materials.
